Overview
This workshop, hosted by Professor Mike Gregory, Head of the Institute for Manufacturing, will explore trends and drivers associated with the evolving nature of industry research and, in particular, how these influence the practices and structures for university-industry engagement. It will focus on opportunities and challenges associated with hosting formal industry-university collaborative initiatives on campus. More.....

It is hoped that this workshop will offer an opportunity for IARU institutions to share lessons learned and effective practices related to industry-university engagement. The workshop will bring together not only academic experts interested in these themes, but also university officials responsible for research and innovation strategy, and the leaders of major industry-university intitatives.
